Blackberry Tour 9630
Rock and Roll Verizon Style: The Blackberry Tour 9630
The good: RIM's BlackBerry Tour 9630 can roam around the world, and comes with GPS, Bluetooth, and a decent 3.2-megapixel camera. This smartphone has a cool design that combines an easy yet compact QWERTY keyboard and a clear, sharp display.
The not so good: It doesn't have Wi-Fi. The Web browser loses out to its competition, and the camera has a slight shutter lag. You can't use a media card to save applications.
The Bottom Line: Its winning design and speedy performance makes RIM's BlackBerry Tour 9630 one of the best smartphones Verizon offers for both text messaging fans and business customers. Specs: The band/mode is GSM quad-band 850/900/1800/1900, UMTS 2100 and CDMA2000 1X 800/900; the provided OS is BlackBerry Handheld Software; and the maximum talk time is 300 minutes.

More Information:
It's been a long time coming, but RIM's BlackBerry Tour 9630 is finally here, and making quite a spectacle. Replacing RIM's BlackBerry 8830 World Edition, the new Tour has the ability to roam all around the world, and improves significantly in the areas of features, design and performance.
We're unimpressed with the missing Wi-Fi and other small disappointments, but the good still outweighs the bad. It's one of Verizon's best smartphone offerings, and business customers will love this device. RIM's BlackBerry Tour 9630 will be launched with Verizon on July 12, with a $200 price tag on a 2-year contract, after $70 rebate.
