The additions to the new RIM BlackBerry Storm 2 are Wi-Fi, more memory, and an updated operating system that contains enhanced features and new user interface. The updated SurePress touch screen has key rollover, limited multitouch, and more accurate capabilities.
The downside to the new RIM BlackBerry Storm 2 is when the phone reset itself unexpectedly twice during our testing period. The GPS system on the phone was below average.
Overall the RIM BlackBerry Storm 2 brings new features, such as improved touch interface, Wi-Fi, and updated software. However compared to Verizon's upcoming touch-screen smartphones, it's going to be tough to compete.

The new RIM BlackBerry Storm 2 brings many notable updates in the features department, including more memory, built-in Wi-Fi and an updated operating system that brings many improvements to the smartphone's assortment of applications as well as some of the aforementioned UI improvements. The other features made with the new BlackBerry OS 5.0 include voice-activated dialing, smart dialing, conference calling, speed dial, speaker phone, as well as text and multimedia messaging.
